Dorval moves zoning consultation to October 19

Dorval has moved a public consultation on a proposed zoning change from Monday, September 21, to Monday, October 19.

The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. in the chapel of the Quatre Vents residence at 12 avenue du Dahlia. It concerns draft by-law RCM-60A-24, which would amend zoning by-law RCM-60A-2015.

According to the city, the proposed amendment would authorize common areas for residents on the first floor of residential buildings in zone U01-19. The notice changes the meeting date; it does not say the zoning amendment has been adopted.

Residents planning to attend should use the revised October date.
