Québec has opened its application period for financial assistance to qualifying festivals and tourism events scheduled between May 1 and October 31, 2027.

Applications for the program’s first two streams must be submitted by 3:59 p.m. on December 2, 2026. The program page says applications for its third and fourth streams are accepted continuously.

Eligible applicants include for-profit and non-profit organizations, co-operatives, municipal entities and recognized Indigenous communities. Updated rules set maximum assistance at $1.25 million for stream 1 and $2 million for stream 4, and make sustainability indicators mandatory. Applicants should review the full eligibility and documentation requirements before submitting.
