Drivers in parts of LaSalle should recheck permanent parking signs before the borough’s winter restriction period begins November 16.

The borough says it has changed the prohibited-parking periods and information phone numbers on some Info-Stationnement signs. The revisions are already active in certain areas and will take effect soon in others.

LaSalle advises residents to read the lower panel of the permanent sign and use the phone number printed there for current information. Temporary signs installed for snow removal or other work take priority over permanent signs. The seasonal system runs from November 16 through April 15.

The borough says affected residents were also notified by mail.
