Alouettes beat Roughriders 44-24 in Grey Cup rematch

The Montréal Alouettes defeated the Saskatchewan Roughriders 44-24 on Monday, October 12, in a Thanksgiving game at Percival Molson Memorial Stadium.

The Canadian Football League billed the matchup as a rematch of last year’s Grey Cup final. The result moved Montréal to 13-3, first in the East Division, while Saskatchewan fell to 8-8 in the West.

The clubs are scheduled to meet again Saturday, October 17, in Saskatchewan.
