Final day of Québec advance voting runs 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Québec’s second and final day of advance polling is Monday, September 28, with voting locations open from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. ahead of the October 5 provincial election.

Voters can find their assigned location on the notice mailed by Élections Québec or through the agency’s “When and where to vote” service. The notice is not required at the polling place.

Élections Québec says voters must show one accepted piece of identification: a Québec health-insurance card, Québec driver’s licence, Canadian passport, Indian status card or Canadian Forces identification card. A person must already be on the electoral list because revisions cannot be made during advance polling or on election day.

All advance-poll locations are accessible to people with reduced mobility. The agency’s September 21 announcement also notes that this election uses a new map with 127 electoral divisions.
