Dorval aquatic centre pool reopens Friday after mechanical issue

The indoor swimming pool at the Dorval Aquatic and Sports Complex will reopen on its regular schedule Friday, September 11, the city says.

Dorval initially announced Thursday that the pool was closed until further notice because of a mechanical issue. In an update posted at 9:20 p.m. on September 10, the city said the facility could resume normal operations the following day.

Check the schedule before visiting

The notice concerns the indoor pool at the municipal complex. It does not say that other activities at the facility were affected.

Users planning a swim can confirm session times through Dorval’s official aquatic schedule before travelling, particularly because lane-swim and recreational periods can vary during the week.
