GlobalX, an airline previously contracted by the Trump administration for deportation flights, has reportedly fallen victim to a cyberattack. According to a recent report, hackers claiming affiliation with the hacker collective Anonymous breached the airline’s digital infrastructure.
The attackers left a defacement message prominently displayed on GlobalX’s official website, accompanied by leaked stolen data. The message explicitly criticized the company’s role in deportations ordered by the Trump administration, accusing it of disregarding judicial rulings to reverse certain deportation orders involving El Salvador nationals.
In their message, the hackers asserted that their actions aim to enforce lawful judicial orders, particularly highlighting recent rulings directing the Trump administration to facilitate the return of several individuals deemed wrongfully deported. GlobalX has not yet issued a public statement or responded to the media about this incident.
