Last Call for Tech Giants: Will Your Company Miss Boston’s Unprecedented Opportunity?

Time is running out for companies aiming to showcase their brands in front of more than 1,000 influential founders, investors, and tech visionaries converging in Boston for TechCrunch All Stage, set to begin July 15. Organizations interested in amplifying their profile during this prominent congregation of technology-focused minds have until June 10 to apply for hosting a Side Event during “TC All Stage Week,” spanning dates from July 13 to July 19.

By participating as a Side Event host, companies have the unique opportunity to engage directly with an elite audience through tailored experiences such as workshops, product demonstrations, cocktail receptions, or panel discussions. Selected hosts will gain substantial promotional benefits, including exposure to TechCrunch’s extensive audience base, prominent visibility on the official agenda and event app, and highlighted mentions in targeted attendee communications and featured content. Additionally, hosts will receive customized promotional discount codes they can distribute to their teams and networks.

To qualify, events must be held in-person within the city of Boston between July 13 and July 19, with a special scheduling note: events hosted the night of July 15 must begin after 5 p.m. ET. All Side Events are required to be restricted to attendees aged 18 and above; where alcoholic beverages are to be served, a minimum age of 21 will be strictly enforced.

Participation as a listed Side Event incurs no direct cost from TechCrunch. Hosts will handle their own logistical arrangements but will benefit substantially from TechCrunch’s multi-channel marketing capabilities and prominent promotion.

Companies seeking to leverage the energy and excitement surrounding TC All Stage—and to position their brands at the forefront of one of the year’s premier events for startups and innovation—are strongly encouraged to apply before the rapidly approaching June 10 deadline.
