Birchall manages not just Musk’s substantial financial assets but also the delicate logistics surrounding his expanding family, reportedly drafting non-disclosure agreements and acting as the point of contact for some of the mothers involved.
One recent example cited in the report involves conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair, who reportedly gave birth to Musk’s son last autumn. Musk allegedly proposed a settlement requiring St. Clair to sign an expansive confidentiality agreement in exchange for $15 million, plus monthly payments of $100,000 until their child turned 21. St. Clair declined the offer, and now claims the terms worsen with every perceived act of public disclosure.
